Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

These terms and conditions apply to purchases made through the website www.mafleceramics.cz, operated by:

(hereinafter referred to as "the author" or "the seller")

Sales through this website are not part of a business activity under Czech trade law, but represent occasional sales of original ceramic artworks, created by the author herself.

2. Orders and Contract Formation

Orders can be placed via:

• the online shop at www.mafleceramics.cz

• the contact form on the website

• email

• or social media communication

Upon confirmation of the order by the seller, a purchase contract under Section 2079 of the Czech Civil Code is concluded. By submitting an order, the buyer confirms agreement with these terms and conditions.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are final. The author is not a VAT payer.

Payment options:

• bank transfer (details provided upon agreement)

• cash upon personal pickup

4. Delivery

Goods can be delivered:

• by Czech Post, Zásilkovna, or other carriers (upon agreement)

• or picked up personally in Plzeň (by arrangement)

Shipping and packaging costs are charged individually depending on the delivery method.

5. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. To withdraw, contact the seller via email.

Returned items must be undamaged, ideally in original packaging. The cost of returning the item is borne by the buyer. Once the goods are received, the payment will be refunded.

6. Complaints and Defects

In case of damage during shipping or other issues, please contact the seller promptly. Each case will be handled individually and kindly.

Minor irregularities are a natural part of handmade work and do not constitute defects.

7. Data Protection

Personal data provided (e.g. name, email, delivery address) is used solely for order processing and is not shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Final Provisions

These terms are valid from 4. 6. 2025 and may be updated by the seller at any time.
